2026 Moon Journal

2026 Moon Journal

A simple way to stay connected to yourself and the cycles that hold you.

The 2026 Moon Journal is a guided reflection tool that helps you slow down, reconnect, and actually notice your life’s patterns.

No astrology degree required. No daily journaling guilt. Just two mindful check-ins per month (new moon and full moon) to help you find rhythm in the chaos.

🌙 Created by Someone Who’s Been There

A Little About Me (and Why This Journal Exists)

Hi, I’m Rachel Red. Yoga teacher, marketer, and lifelong overthinker who found peace by paying attention to nature’s rhythms.

A few years ago, I started jotting notes on every new and full moon. Nothing elaborate… just what I was feeling, what I was doing, what kept coming up.
Eventually, I realized I’d created something bigger than notes. It was a map of my own growth.

That practice became the Moon Journal you see today.

Now, dozens of people have used it to reconnect with themselves, uncover personal patterns, and discover that reflection doesn’t have to be complicated. No cosmic translation needed.

Because clarity doesn’t come from predicting the future, it comes from noticing the present.

Each journal is printed in small batches and assembled by hand, right here in the Midwest.
Once the preorder closes and this run sells out, that’s it for the year.

Twice a month, you’ll sit down with the moon, a pen, and your honest thoughts.

By next December, you’ll have more than a notebook.

You’ll have proof of your evolution.

What’s Inside the 2026 Moon Journal

Each month invites you to pause with the new moon and the full moon, offering space for reflection, curiosity, and intention.

You’ll find:
✨ Thoughtful reflection prompts to help you notice your inner and outer cycles
🗓️ Clearly marked new and full moon dates (no Googling required)
🌸 Seasonal notes to help you move in rhythm with nature’s flow
🪞 Ample writing space for your insights, or doodles, or mild existential crises

This isn’t a daily journal.
It’s a realistic ritual for people who crave connection but don’t have time for daily anything.

You don’t have to decode celestial math to understand your own orbit.

What Changes When You Start Tracking the Moon

By the time you finish this journal, you’ll have more than pages filled with ink… you’ll have a personal roadmap of your moods, insights, and energy shifts.

You’ll see your own data, and that’s where the magic happens.

Here’s what that transformation looks like:

Who This Is For:

This is for you if…

🌕 You’re drawn to the moon but don’t know where to start.
🌿 You crave reflection without the daily pressure.
🌸 You find comfort in seasonal rituals that fit into your busy life.
🪞 You’re curious about your personal patterns: emotional, energetic, or just plain practical.

This might not be for you if...

📖You want a detailed astrology planner (no shade, but that’s not this).
💬You want to be told how to interpret each phase, or be told what it “means”.
🖥️You want something digital because this is a paper-and-pen experience.

What Makes This Journal Different

Because nature changes, and so do you.
You’ll track your energy through the seasons, noticing what each one calls out in you.

How to Use Your Moon Journal

  1. Make time:

Schedule at least 5 minutes for each cosmic event. Don’t stress about journaling on the exact date—reflect within 1-2 days before or after. For example, the first full moon is January 13th, so aim for January 11-15.

  1. Flexible reflection:

Answer one question per sitting or reflect on all prompts at once. You have the power and freedom to design a ritual around these pages, so please find what works for you!

  1. Let it flow:

Write freely without judgment. Even what feels like “nonsense” may hold meaning when you revisit it later.

  1. Extend as needed:

With about two pages per event, consider adding extra paper if you enjoy in-depth writing.

  1. Look back:

Review previous entries occasionally. For example, at the spring equinox, revisit your reflections from January to March for insights on emerging patterns.

  1. Stay curious:

If you fall behind, that’s okay, it happens. Just pick back up when you can. Resist the tendency to criticize yourself. Instead, explore what might have led you to pause.

Thank you for bringing your time and energy to these pages. May this journal open gateways to beautiful insights and a deeper connection with yourself.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

You’ve got questions, I’ve got answers.

Nope. This isn’t about predicting or assigning cosmic meaning; it’s about observation. You’ll use what’s directly observable: the phases of the moon, the shift of the seasons, and how your inner world mirrors it.

The journal runs from January–December 2026, with dedicated pages for each new and full moon, plus a few extra goodies.

Absolutely. They make thoughtful, meaningful gifts. And yes, you can totally write a note on the inside cover (10/10 recommend).

Pre-orders ship in mid-December 2025, just in time for holiday gifting and the first full moon of 2026.

U.S. only (for now). All the lunar and solar events are listed in Eastern Time, so different places on the globe would have slightly different dates and times for the reflection prompts.

No problem. I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it’s not what you expected, just email me.

💌 Closing Note

You don’t need to overhaul your life — just notice it.

The 2026 Moon Journal gives you a simple, sustainable way to reconnect with yourself twice a month.
To witness your own seasons.
To find unity in solitude — knowing that wherever you are, we’re all standing under the same sky.

Half of the moon is always hidden away.
So is half of you.
This is your invitation to get to know both.

Ships mid-December · Limited handmade run

Because clarity doesn’t come from the stars,

it comes from you.
